Almonds are harvested, dried in the sun and then transported to the crusher, wherein the almond is produced. It is sorted, packaged and stored in the cold room. Almonds are a good source of protein, vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, minerals and ichnostocheion and contain no cholesterol. They are an easy, good and healthy choice as a snack. They can be added to salads, like yoghurt and breakfast cereals.
